 Our work is rooted in bringing people together, strengthening community connections and creating meaningful opportunities for people to take an active role in the place they call home.

Our current volunteer initiative is Serve Shelbyville, supporting Walking in a Winter Wonderland and its Community Activation Space this holiday season.

Give a Day. Bring a Team. Serve the Season.

Walking in a Winter Wonderland will take place over multiple event days, and volunteers can choose to serve anywhere from one day to all 12 event days. Whether you have a few hours to give or want to become part of the entire season, there is a place for you.

We’re looking for individuals, families, church groups, businesses, civic organizations, community groups and anyone with a heart for serving Shelbyville. Volunteers will help create a welcoming, organized and memorable experience for the thousands of guests who will visit throughout the season.

You don’t have to do everything. Just choose where you can serve and show up ready to make a difference.
